The NFL has placed Tennessee Titans running back Hassan Haskins on the commissioner exempt list on Tuesday stemming from his aggravated assault charge over the summer.
While on the exempt list, Haskins may not attend Titans practices or games.
The Titans put Haskins on injured reserve because of an injury sustained in the preseason on Monday, likely ending Haskins’ season before it began.
Haskins and his then-girlfriend were involved in a domestic dispute in June that resulted in Haskins being charged with aggravated assault by strangulation and his girlfriend being charged with aggravated assault, assault with a deadly weapon and felony vandalism.
Haskins has a court date on Aug. 30 related to these events.
